Report content or a misuse of your face or voice

If a video made with ClonifyLab is unlawful, breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, or uses your face or voice without your consent, tell us with the “Report content” button in our app, or by email to info@clonifylab.com. Please include:

• where the content is: a link to the post or video, or a screenshot;
• why you believe it is unlawful or breaks our rules (or that it shows you without your consent);
• your name and email address (not needed for a report of child sexual abuse material);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your report, act on it within 48 hours, and tell you what we decided and why. While a report is open, we keep the content from being deleted, so it can be checked.

Our single point of contact for the authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and for people who use our service (Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), is info@clonifylab.com. We answer in English or Estonian.

To see, correct, export or delete your data, write to info@clonifylab.com. We answer within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
