Withdraw from a contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a plan or a top-up within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

In the web app: Account → Withdraw from contract here, then Confirm withdrawal. Open the app at app.clonifylab.com.
In Telegram: send /paysupport to @ClonifyLabBot and choose “Withdraw from contract here”.
By email to info@clonifylab.com.

It’s enough to send your message before the 14 days are over. We confirm it at once, and refund you within 14 days, minus the value of the credits you already used. Our Refund and withdrawal policy explains how.

Just want to stop renewing?

You don’t need to withdraw for that: cancel your plan with one click in the app, or in Telegram’s subscription settings for a Stars plan. It runs until the end of the period you paid for.
